The word for this week’s Illustration Friday is “rambunctious.” This acrylic painting I did recently for a Christmas card i am sending to friends and family seemed to fit the word. As we all know, cats can be very rambunctious, especially when there is a mouse afoot.

These are two sections of a painting I did of my two cats, Merlin and Lady. It is from a picture I took of them when they were playing with a piece of newsprint sketch paper.
